Stick Sound is a compact portable Bluetooth speaker designed to amplify sound by attaching to flat surfaces using a suction cup. We strive to ensure that all product information is accurate, including images, specifications, and features. Minor variations in appearance may occur.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the available payment methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping to selected countries, including Spain. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping is managed by third-party carriers and delays may occur beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Warranty

Stick Sound comes with a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include damage caused by misuse, water submersion, impacts, or normal wear and tear.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the product. Always follow the safety guidelines provided and avoid exposing the product to extreme conditions.
